Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add 2 blocks
  2. Delete the 2nd one first, then the first one

(or)

  1. Add blocks [more than 1]
  2. Delete all of them
  3. Add a block again
  4. Delete the newly added block

You will find that the link will disappear
