Use case

The AccelerometerEvent and UserAccelerometerEvent doesn't have timestamp,
and as described in the issue, it's unreliable to measure by stopwatch or datetime.
While there's a issue tracking this #80, but it's closed and this is still missing in the latest version, so please consider to add it.

Proposal

Add timestamp for AccelerometerEvent and UserAccelerometerEvent.
