Unhide toolbars when the pen hovers nearby

Please submit only one feature request in one issue!
When one has activated the button to hide the floating toolbars, it is cumbersome to change tool or drawing color etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be amazing if the floating toolbars would temporarily re-appear of you hover the stylus close to the edge of the drawing area. For example, if I'd hover near the top edge of the drawing area, the color selection toolbar should temporarily appear, until I hover/draw/tap somewhere far away from the toolbar.

The toolbars should only appear if one hovers really close to the edge of the document to not interfere with drawing. Optionally, a slide-in/out transition would make this feel very natural.

Thanks for this amazing app again, it really drives my day to day work!
