Fine chunking or related issues collated under single bug number? Always test on master or latest tagged? Anything else?..

For bugs in master just create new issues, even if they are "related" to other bugs.

If you are helping QA a work-in-progress feature, it's probably better to report bugs in the original issue instead of opening a new one.
