Hi!

Tried it for different players:
get_player_historic_market_value('https://www.transfermarkt.us/carlos-vela/marktwertverlauf/spieler/35773','Carlos Vela')
get_player_historic_market_value("https://www.transfermarkt.us/ruben-dias/marktwertverlauf/spieler/258004", "Rúben Dias")

The output for MV is NA:
contract_date mv age club dob citizenship position name
1 Portugal Centre-Back Ruben Dias
