Request received for multiple instances.

Not at all sure how this would work UI-wise. Config would be a right PITA to update as well, so .. don't hold your breath, I'm afraid...

I may well be doing this now, although I see someone has beaten me to the punch, so maybe check out https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/6400/phi-pi-hole-indicator/ in the meantime.
