"Edit GET parameters" - no scrolling when there are too many parameters

When "Edit GET parameters" dialog is opened on a page which URL contains many parameters that they do not fit in the dialog vertically, there is no scrolling, so it is impossible to edit all the parameters and even impossible to press "Go" button in the bottom of the dialog. And no possibility to close this dialog at all (other than to reload the page)
