After a user adds a project from the Projects list view, they'll be redirected to this page: https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/7FZ8N9VC4AT#/screens/436361327

  • configure routes
  • create template
  • add view
  • make it so that the model can be edited
  • write tests
  • style page to wireframe

I've setup a basic form for this with PR #17. Now I'm adding the "priority scoring" UI element. See new issue for that: #18.

Closing this after merging PR #17. I've only done basic styling for this feature, so the "style page to wireframe" to-do is still not finished. I need to do more styling across the entire app, so I'm opening issue #25 for tracking all of the remaining UI work.
