When browsing frappe sites, chrome displays an error: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input https://frappe.io/assets/frappe_theme/bootstrap-4/js/popper.min.js.

It seems as if the popper.min.js file was corrupted and not migrated to bootstrap 4.1.

Can we just replace the corrupted file with the one distributed with bootstrap 4.1?
