The purpose of an Accessibility Statemenet is to show that we care about accessibility of users, and are tracking issues (and accepting issues from users) to make our website more accessible.

What all informations can (and should) be added in such a page are mentioned in detail here: https://www.w3.org/WAI/planning/statements/
