If you have set FX_NO_LOCAL_FILESYSTEM then ProvidedTypes.fs fails to compile here:

FSharp.TypeProviders.SDK/src/ProvidedTypes.fs

Line 15939 in 3a9510e

probingFolders.Add folder

I guess the conditional compilation of #if !FX_NO_LOCAL_FILESYSTEM should be extended to cover the next 4 lines as well.
