Location of Code on step 4

I'm still starting up on this, and I have no idea where that code goes in step 4 (4. Setting up your dashboard for camera)
Also, how do I know the exact name of my device? Is its name even with spaces?

Found it:
The default Dashboard doesn't allow you to change anything, you have to create a new dashboard, and then you'll be able to add custom cards.
