Expected data source not listed: sensor.{device}_battery_temperature

New to HA, so apologies if this is a dumb question.

I want to include the battery temperature of my Eufy doorbell on a dashboard graph.

When I go to add it to a Statistics graph card on my dashboard, it is not listed and links out to this page for more info: https://www.home-assistant.io/more-info/statistics/

I can see the data is collected for the entity when I view the device in HA.
