In 2021 the official applications had 3 forms: TG bot listings, Google forms (official) and paper sheet in the guild room. The applications were made by filling in the Google forms after which the vice-president eventually updated the applications to this bot and those showed up in the messages by this bot.

Streamline this process by making the applications be done directly to this bot or by integrating google forms so that the new applicants are synced here automatically.

Easiest would probably be to gather information through the bot.

The bot should ask for the same info as in the forms currently so: name, telegram-nick, role in which the person is applying to and email.

In addition, the bot should differentiate between elected roles and non-elected roles (there could be a separate selection if the person is applying to elected role or not and then the elected roles also should be fixed ones).

The bot should also output the same info text as in the form currently.

A integration to Google Sheets or similar should be done to easily manage the data.

Adding Fiirumi associations would probably still be manual as it might be hard to make it reliable. Currently, the tradition is to have a Fiirumi post title of a certain from which we could get the name and associate it to the bot entry, but there would be cases where it would not work.
