Coding is TU. VA-spec's Contribution is TU. Both code and date are specified in those classes respectively, but are still set to draft. Our test harness that is meant to validate this kind of inconsistency should be modified OR primitive types should not require maturity (possibly). Up for discussion, but should be resolved in principle or in a test harness and maturity update change before we close out the Nov '24 ballot reviews on VA and Cat-VRS and GKS-Core
