Decisions:
Subfolder structure as needed for namespacing. Here is a complex example:

GKS Product Organization - Page 1

Base Profiles:
cohortAlleleFrequency
functionalImpact
variantPathogenicity
variantOncogenicity

Community framework profiles:
AMP/ASCO/CAP
ClinGen/CCG/VICC
ACMGv3
ACMGv4 (eventually)
