We need to provide guidance on how this score should be interpreted. It could be as simple as updating the description to indicate that the score must be interpreted in the context of the specifiedIn document.

I added text to this effect as part of my PR reviewing/updating class and attribute descriptions. I also assume that profiles that use/extend the core score attribute can provide a more specific description for how to interpret its values in their profile specification.
