Document which components are created automatically for each entity type

Components such as Name and Pose can be assumed to exist on entities like Model and Link. These components are created by the SdfEntityCreator when loading models or worlds from SDF files. Documenting this will also inform users that want to create their own entities programmatically (without the SdfEntityCreator), which components they must create for things to work properly.
