Issue with many channels and not verified bot account

Might be highly related to Chatterino/chatterino2#3107, my justlog instance uses haramb3logs account which is not a verified bot. It appeared to be working fine in some channels, while in others it just wasn't present. Does go-twitch-irc handle the 20 JOINs / 10s rate-limits well?

I think I should handle this in go-twitch-irc

As we discussed, it's annoying to implement the same logic in every project over and over, but I'll leave this open because it's still an issue for this project until it's fixed in go-twitch-irc
