Sequences with problematic annotation (ID + gene/protein name):

Type of Issue: Erroneous source or erroneous propagation, or other issue
Ids is normally localised in the lysosome. The IBA annotation is cytoplasmic although is not incorrect, it's not precise.
Both mouse and human have IDA for CC term lysosome
The cytoplasmic annotation comes from zebrafish A1A5V0 (PMID:19761845). I have contacted them if they can amend their annotation as the paper shows that it's in the lysosome.
