Anope 2.1 compatibility

Although I know that Anope 2.1 is till under development, it'd be extremely nice to have some of your modules working with it.

Here are the modules that I'm missing currently:

• cs_akick_check (extremely useful)
• m_expirenotice
• cs_topichistory
• os_chantrap
• os_expiring

I'd really love to get them back, especially the first two which were kinda essential on my network.

2.1 is a development branch, which will become 2.2 when stable. It would be unwise to update these modules until the module API stabilizes (or otherwise, no breaking changes).
