Add a way to view and edit multiple counters #49
Comments
I did abit of work on this, check my fork but I because the way it was written persistence is hard to keep intact with restructuring alot of code |
I will maybe try and add that stuff when im less busy! great way to learn! |
@HalosGhost You mean ditching the hamburguer menu and implementing a card-based UI? I was about to suggest this enhancement, but I'm not sure if you talking the same thing. |
@blackandyellowgecko, I don't particularly care about card-based or not really. More just about being able to have a set of counters on a single page. That way you could have a sheet per-game (e.g., to track a bunch of useful things at once; or to track multiple players in one game). |
I would also be interested in this feature, as I often have to count different things (example: Throw dice 100 times and see how many times each face gets). Tallyphant has this feature (open source but really old-looking app) |
to vote, you must have several counters to vote, you need to have several counters at the same time: I vote for, against and abstained at the same time: for I vote, against and supported. I ask you to make several counters on one screen for ease of use. |
… what? |
Ahh, I gotcha; you're suggesting another use-case for this feature. A vote-counter, I like it! Sorry for the confusion on my part! |
I'm imagining a view like this:
(but, you know, good.)
This would be perfect for something like health-totals in games (or, for example, you could track your own various counters in a bunch of games).
Being able to have a sheets of counters saved would be incredible (so I could, for example, keep a template around for Magic, or Star Realms or whatever).
