For example:

abiog (in addition to abiogenesis)
abiosf (in addition to abiosfer)
agom (in addition toagometer)

and so on.

You might want to compare with KBBI3 wordlist in Perl module WordList::ID::KBBI:

https://metacpan.org/pod/WordList::ID::KBBI

It only contains 47300 entries but does not have the above issue.
