Failure to settle collaboratively has poor UX

the "outdated price" error that can happen leaves the user confused. The correct workflow is to keep trying for a couple of times until it works again, but it's:

• not obvious at all why it will work later and not now (there's no indication anywhere in the UI that we have outdated price)
• can appear that the app is being dodgy and only "sometimes" works.

IMHO this gives wrong impression to the user. My preferred solution would be to "automate" it, at least keep trying every 5s for a minute or so, before coming back with an error.
Showing an indication that the price feed is down would also allow the user to figure out when the settlement works and when it can fail.
