Problem description

In a required question (and a question with constraint) the red outline disappears after screen rotation

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open a form with a required question.
   RequiredAndConstraint.xlsx.txt
2. Don’t fill anything and swipe to the next question (Red outline is displayed + text).
3. Rotate the device (Red outline disappears, but there’s the text).

Expected behavior

The outline shouldn’t disappear

@dbemke I'm guessing trying to swipe next will still highlight again, and the user is still blocked from finalizing etc?
