User to see only particular tables and view for querying the data source

I have a use case where I want when a user login via sso he/she should only have access to selected tables, views to query it and admin should have all access how can I accomplish this. I do not want to do this in database as I have many user with different groups where setting group for each user will be a tedious task so I want it via redash is there any option available to it.
