Opening Settings - Devices - Firmware Security shows "The aha tool is required to display this page, but could not be found"

Update: Now depends on D13506

Re-opening since the page still does not load.
There is now the error "The fwupdmgr tool is required to display this page, but could not be found"

On the 4.4 test ISO OpenCL has a similar error that clinfo is required to display this page, but could not be found

This is still an issue in the 4.5 test ISO. #292 has been closed as it has been merged.

Install the updated package in a Plasma VM and see that the Info Center
panel no longer complains about missing dependencies.
