Encode some data into sound frequencies list, not audio

Hello all! I am thinking, Is there a way to encode some text into ggwave beeps but in the format of frequencies? Output would be similar to this:

[
{"freq": [357, 501], "length": 50}  // dual tone beep with 50 ms length
{"pause": 10}, // pause of 10 ms
]

It will be good to have a list like that, because i want to enter that frequencies into a gpio buzzer on a raspberry pi. There will be 2 buzzers for dual tone.
Any help will be appritiated! I'm on python.

Also, couldn't see how to send bytes using ggwave in python. It receives a string, not bytes, right?
