Improved Stability and Resilience for CAPZ Clusters

Motivation

While creating our Alpha state CAPZ Management Clusters we already came across a couple of Bugs and Improvements that we should work on in order to improve the overall quality of our product and with that its stability and resilience. This Epic is a collection of different smaller stories, bug fixes and tasks to achieve this goal.
