概要

ヘッダのどこかに日/英の切り替えスイッチを付けてボタンのキャプションなどの文字列の日本語/英語を切り替えられるようにする
選択中の元はlocalStorageに保存するようにする
- cookieやusersテーブルに保存するという選択肢もあるなかで何故LocalStorageなのかは考えてみると良いです。
