Currently download.py fails on aarch64 Windows, and it would be nice to have aarch64 build for Windows too.

You can use download.py --machine x86_64 and use emulation. I guess I could make download.py default to that on arm64 windows. As for native builds, I don't have an aarch64 windows toolchain available in my build environment.

Note there isn't an arm64 git for windows yet either.
