Add DataCatalog with org to release

We need to associate files together.

Think the most Schema.org way is to add a Datacatalog to a release file. We could then render a DataCatalog with all the datasets (progressive loading... etc), or an option to load using a sparql query.

id should be like urn:..gleaner.io:source:{source_name}
