'cot destroy' counterpart to 'cot deploy' #35

I am looking for something similar to libvirt's "virsh destroy <vm_name>". The destroy function should do the proper cleanup. For example, if the "deploy" operation added a disk to data storage, then "destroy" should remove the disk from data storage.
