Documentation related to account setting up is not that clear (except for torque system), which might be good to add.

Like GreatLakes, it can be set by python project.py submit -o [op] ... --force -- --account=*** which will submit jobs only included by the cmd line with desired account or signac config set 'flow.GreatLakesEnvironment.account' *** will change the submit templates for the whole project.

Something like that.
