Arc browser picture in picture exclusion

I'm trying to exclude Arc browser's picture in picture player from being tiled. I manage to find the class of it using winspy, but I don't have much clue on how the windows rule works, does the regex apply to nested windows of a given application? It seems like Chrome_WidgetWin_1 exist here but that doesn't seem to work at the moment.
