[Feature Request] add feature to disable the moving of windows to other workspaces by glazewm

Describe the problem/motivation

when i open programs it almost always opens on the wrong monitor and when i make an application fullscreen it gets moved to another workspace and then its invisible

Describe the solution you'd like

add an option to disable auto moving of windows to other workspaces and instead use the remember window position by windows

im not sure if this should be labeled as a bug because the programs open on the wrong monitor and when i fullscreen theyre moved to another workspace and then theyre invisible or just gray
