App manifest cleanups

• break up app manifest parsing / validation into smaller parts
• connected to the above: rework ValidationContext and / or Cow / sections
• implement common custom command and clean
• implement rmdirs
• AppComponentContext: enable logging if text format is enabled
• default profile is not overridable
• deps up-to-date check: uses wrong input for checking if there were changes in deps
• implement component (auto )selection and filter, and support it in:
  • component add
    • all, text mode only (or "streaming" json?)
    • if only one is auto selected, all modes
  • component update
    • all, text mode only (or "streaming" json?)
    • if only one is auto selected, all modes
  • app build
    • gen_rpc
    • componentize
    • link_rpc
    • clean
    • custom commands
• improve the above auto select with "subfolder" support (and not just current dir)

Check:

• wasmtools releases
• coloring clashes between wasm rpc main / golem-cli main
• "unknown field" field recommendation only show the extension properties
• wac upstream?
