Resource tracking

During office hours @PranavPeshwe suggested we document resource usage. Example metrics worth tracking we discussed:

• Memory overhead of minimal app, with Golioth, per Golioth feature
• Memory, especially peak
• Binary size

We briefly discussed instrumenting these and other metrics as part of the CI process. In the past I've worked with:

• Bloaty
• Valgrind
• gprof
• LLVM sanitizers

Zephyr also has some tools.

Of course Memfault has a series on the topic.
