Is this something either of you can help with? The current version is 2.5 years old, and as mghantous point is missing some important commits and the entire fastapi integration

For anyone who wants to use the current code, you can point poetry/pip to a git repo ala poetry add git+https://github.com/google/sqlcommenter.git@go/database/sql/v0.1.1#subdirectory=python/sqlcommenter-python
