Create Roles table

Create a User to Role join table

incomplete list of possible roles:
admin
speaker
sponsor
attendee
vendor

Add an endpoint to get all Roles for a given user
Add an endpoint to check if User has X role, returning boolean

catzkorn assigned catzkorn and unassigned catzkorn
