Twitch bots stop working after a long stream session. #175

First of all sorry @sourceAida some kiddo spammed your issue. He must be crazy excited. I will try to reproduce this crash. Do you have some screenshot's or error message? |
It's all good lol. And sorry, I don't have any screenshots. I'll make sure to take some once I stream again. However, I don't remember seeing any error messages when the bug occurs. Also in my last stream [v2.9.2.1] only lasted 3 hours this time before the bug started replicating again. |
I was finally able to produce screenshots of the log when the bug occurs. This time it occurred after 6 hours into the stream. |
@sourceAida As I see on your screenshots, there is no error message (as you actually told before in your previous message). To understand the issue further, could you please attach a screenshot of StreamViewerBot in Task Manager after you started bot, and another screenshot after viewer count goes down? You can open Task Manager with CTRL+Shift+Esc key combination. Also, please open the details of StreamViewerBot when taking screenshots by clicking the little arrow icon on the left of the process name. It will look something like this: |

Hi @sourceAida, Can you please try one last time without selecting headless? I want to see what is going on the Chrome browser🙏🏻 |
The screenshot you've ask for without headless. |
Hello there after a long break. After updating the application, this occurs on my machine, too, after 4 hours or so. All Chrome windows close without any error. I will try to debug it, if I find some free time. Edit: @gorkemhacioglu Since I tried to begin debugging on development branch, I cannot see development branch now (I was able to see it last time I checked). Moreover, BotCore seems to be deleted from the project. Is this intentional? |
@mustafacagataytulun I am sorry but I duplicated it as a private repo. A lot of people are trying to make money on this free app by selling it. I am trying to prevent it. |
Has there been an update on this? Thank you |
OS: Windows 10
Bot Ver: Anything after [v2.8.1]
Chrome Version: 101.0.4951.67 (64bit)
Platform: Twitch
Twitch bots stop working after 5 or more hours in a single stream session. (Every version after v2.8.1)
Version [v2.8.1] and below worked perfectly in regards of long stream sessions. However, trying any version after that including the latest [v2.9.2.1], will abruptly cease viewers after a certain amount of hours(5 or 6 give or take). I simply fix it just by clicking the stop bottom and start button directly right after each other. However, a sudden drop in viewers on stream makes your stream look very suspicious.
