After Setup "array_diff(): Argument #2 is not an array"

I did the setup as described with db and everything worked fine, but when i try to authorize i get the error "array_diff(): Argument # 2 is not an array"

Setup worked for me on my Windows 11 Client but the Error im experiencing happens on qnap nas.

Is there any solution?
