Bind to localhost

I have the following line in my code (Python using aiohttp) to create a local webserver.

 site = web.TCPSite(runner, 'localhost', CLIENT_START_PORT+index)

However, I get the following error in the autograder:

OSError: [Errno 99] error while attempting to bind on address ('::1', 8080, 0, 0): cannot assign requested address

It seems like localhost resolves to ::1, but afaik there is no IPv6 support in the containers.

Is this a bug? Shouldn't localhost resolve to 127.0.0.1?
