Jira config support from prometheus alertmanager

The prometheus alertmanager does support jira_config section to use new Jira connectivity to push out alerts to JIRA API.

The Mimir-alertmanager does not yet support this.
The problem is that opsgenie, which was the old way of doing this is now deprectated and Atlassian is pushing everybody to use the new JIRA Service management API.
In which way are alertmanager from mimir and prometheus connected? could you pull this feature from the other alertmanager?

With Opsgenie now deprecated, it would be extremely useful to have this alternative in place.
