Add a conceptual discussion of issues relevant to plugin security. This topic would probably live on plugin-tools, but it could also live on plugin adminitrative docs.

  • How to develop a secure plugin. Use secure JSON instead. Dont allow arbitrary execution of JavaScript.
  • How do people know they can trust plugins in the catalog? This is similar to what AWS says (pretty generic, but we can add it - main Grafana docs probably).
