python2.7不能作为解释器了，因为安装tensorflow时提示2.7版本已经不用了，所以python2.7与tensorflow不可兼得 #10

师兄你好，我在python3.7 tensorflow2.1的情况下运行您的程序，会报没有splicing module,尝试更新环境，但是遇到了困难（如题），有什么好办法吗？求指教！！谢谢
