How to upgrade from 17.1 to 18.6 when using Traefik and not caddy?

What happened?

How would I go about upgrading from 17.1 to 18.6 when I'm still using traefik? I can't change to caddy since all my other services rely on traefik. I did have a read through the upgrade script but it was all related to caddy. Is there no support for traefik at all anymore?

Can anyone help with this? Surely I'm not the only one that still needs to use traefik. I have noticed in the latest compose file there is a turnserver? What is this for, I can't see it mentioned in the docs, also noticed need to setup an stun domain now? I have way to many other services rely on traefik and can't switch to caddy. Can someone please create a up to date compose file with traefik. If I have to I will manually recreate all my networks in netmaker if needed. Or is there a way to use both traefik and caddy?
