We anticipate this will largely fall to Egret, but we still need to ensure Prescient leverages any persistent model support added to Egret.

Enable Persistence between nearly-identical Pyomo models (e.g., SCED, Quickstart SCED & LMP SCED; RUC and DA-prices)
Enable Persistence between similarly structured Pyomo models (e.g., RUC-to-RUC).
