Genesis installation wizard

Background: genesis has pretty wide and complex configuration parameters

Affects: Users unfamiliar with genesis, but being curious about it and willing to try it.

In order to allow users to simply download and run gensis, we should provide either default settings that can be easily migrated to something more appropriate (jenkins approach) or have some kind configuration wizard on first run (teamcity approach)

Note: configuration wizard on first run is kind of complex functionality.

NOTE: Default settings is already shipped with distribution. and it "works".
