"Would you be willing to add anchors (i.e. A)to the catpagechars divs, so that readers could quickly jump to a particular cat? If so, would you be willing to optionally add a dynamic header div with links to those anchors? See Doxygen HTML output, Class Index page for an example: http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classes.html"

Partially fixed by 7ed73b0: added option -anchorName.

The feature request "optionally add a dynamic header div with links to those anchors" remains
